      Returns Policy

      Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:   

      • Damaged in transit
      • Wrong product delivered
      • Product compatibility issues (customer to verify before purchase)

       Timeframe for Returns:

      • Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 2 days of delivery.
      • Other Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.

      Refund Processing for Mistaken Orders only(applicable on limited products):

      • Orders below ₹999: Logistic charge deduction of ₹150.
      • ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: Logistic charge deduction of ₹200.
      • ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹350
      • ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹550

      Condition for Returned Items: Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

      Non-Returnable Items: Specific items such as headlamps, electrical parts, mirrors, spark plugs, fiber parts, performance air filters or pre-ordered items are non-returnable.
