- Wrong product delivered

- Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 2 days of delivery.
- Other Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing for Mistaken Orders only:
- Orders below ₹500: Logistic charge deduction of ₹100.
- ₹501 - ₹999: Logistic charge deduction of ₹140.
- ₹1,000 - ₹5,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹200.
- ₹5,001 - ₹15,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹300
- ₹15,001 - ₹25,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹700

Condition for Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Specific items such as headlamps, electrical parts, spark plugs, fiber parts, or pre-ordered items are non-returnable.
