📄 2. Return & Replacement Window (7 Days)

Request must be submitted within 7 days from delivery.

✔ Requirements:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • All packaging, tags & accessories must be intact

  • Unboxing video is compulsory

  • Only one return/exchange per order ID


🚚 3. Logistics Charges (Automatically Applied)

These apply for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Exchange for other products

  • Return + refund (customer preference)

🟩 FREE when:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

🚚 4. Pickup Process

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.

  • If unsuccessful (customer unavailable / phone unreachable / area not serviceable),
    ➝ You must self-ship the product to Sparify’s warehouse.

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode.


💰 5. Refund Policy

🟢 Prepaid Orders

Refund is processed to the original payment method after QC.

🟡 COD Orders

Refund is provided as Store Credit Code:

  • Lifetime validity

  • No expiry

  • Can be used anytime

❌ COD convenience fee is non-refundable.

🟠 PPCOD Orders (Partial COD)

The advance amount paid at checkout is NON-REFUNDABLE.
This is clearly mentioned at checkout.


🟥 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Headlamps

  • Electrical & electronic components

  • Spark plugs

  • Fuel system parts

  • Fiber body parts

  • Performance parts

  • Pre-order items

  • Helmet visors / internal parts

  • Any item marked “Non-Returnable” on product page

👉 Eligibility is always visible before ordering.


⚠️ 7. When Return/Exchange Will Be Rejected

Sparify reserves the right to decline if:

  • Product is used, installed or altered

  • Marks, scratches, installation damage found

  • Packaging/tags/accessories missing

  • Unboxing video unclear or missing

  • Issue not visible in provided proof

  • Returned item doesn’t match the issue reported


🛠️ 8. Warranty Claims (Brand Wise)

Warranty is brand-controlled, not Sparify-controlled.
Sparify acts as a facilitator.


🟦 A. Brand-Handled Warranty (Most Brands)

Customers can raise complaints directly on:

  • Brand website

  • Brand WhatsApp

  • Brand service portal

Process:

  1. Upload Sparify invoice

  2. Share issue video/photos

  3. Brand inspects → decides repair / replacement / rejection

➡️ Sparify can help escalate if brand delays.


🟧 B. Sparify-Handled Warranty (Some Brands)

If brand requires physical inspection:

  • Customer ships the product to Sparify (cost borne by customer)

  • Inspection timeline: 15–20 days

  • Brand may:

    • Repair

    • Replace

    • Return same item (if no issue found)

After closure:

  • Sparify ships final product back free of cost.


🟥 C. Important Warranty Notes

  • Decision is fully brand dependent

  • Replacement is not guaranteed

  • Installation damage or wear & tear is not covered

  • Missing video proof may lead to rejection
