Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Damaged in Transit: Replacement will be initiated. Refund is not applicable.

Wrong Product Delivered: Replacement will be initiated. Refund is not applicable.
If the replacement item is out of stock or delivery exceeds 15 days from the order date, a refund will be processed.
Other Return Issues
For issues like incorrect product ordered by the customer or wrong size selected:
- Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Logistic costs will be applicable based on order value.
Important Note: Items that are not eligible for return or replacement apart from category mentioned below will be clearly specified in the product description.

Damage/Wrong Product: Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Other Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed in cases where:
- Replacement is not possible due to item unavailability.
- Delivery exceeds 15 days from the order date.
Logistic Charges for Refunds/Returns:
- Orders below ₹999: ₹150 deduction.
- ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: ₹200 deduction.
- ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: ₹350 deduction.
- ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: ₹550 deduction.
Condition for Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition. Items showing signs of use (e.g., wear, dirt, smell, scratches, mounting marks, etc.) will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like headlamps, electrical parts, mirrors, spark plugs, fiber parts, fuel system parts, performance parts, or pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns or replacements. These will be specifically mentioned in the product description.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Timeframe for Exchanges
Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange
Items must be in their original condition. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
Logistics for Replacement
- For issues such as damage in transit or wrong product delivery, replacements are done at zero logistics cost.
- For other issues (e.g., wrong product ordered by the customer or wrong size selected), logistic costs will be charged based on order value.
Order Cancellation/Modifications

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled or modified, but a 2.5% fee will be charged for orders placed through Snapmint, UPI, credit card, or debit card.

After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Defects & Warranty
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Sparify will assist customers with warranty claims but does not provide any direct warranty on items sold.
General Guidelines

Packaging & Shipping for Returns/Exchanges: Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipping of items, except for issues involving damage or wrong product delivery.

Quality Assurance: All returned items undergo quality checks. Items not meeting standards will be refused.

Feedback: Your feedback on your return/exchange experience is highly valued.
Important Notes

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Policy Abuse: Multiple purchases of the same or similar items with the intention of returning most of them will result in restocking or return fees, or service may be refused.
