Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product compatibility issues (customer to verify before purchase)
Timeframe for Returns:
- Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 2 days of delivery.
- Other Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Processing for Mistaken Orders only:
- Orders below ₹999: Logistic charge deduction of ₹150.
- ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: Logistic charge deduction of ₹200.
- ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹350
- ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹550
Condition for Returned Items: Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items: Specific items such as headlamps, electrical parts, mirrors, spark plugs, fiber parts, performance air filters or pre-ordered items are non-returnable.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please note that a refund will be issued only once we have received the incorrect or damaged item from your location
Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Timeframe for Exchanges: Initiate exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation / Modifications
- If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Defects
- Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Sparify will assist customers with their warranty; however Sparify does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us at support@sparify.co if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down! If this policy is abused, we can charge a returning fee, restocking fee, or refuse service
