Features:

Materials: 100% goggle frames are full TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). TPU is flexible and durable, therefore ensuring a comfortable fitting frame that performs in any type of weather or conditions.

Goggle Care:

  • Clean the lenses with mild ph 5.5 soap and water
  • Blot the lens with your goggle bag or a soft cloth to remove excess moisture, or allow to air dry. Avoid cleaning or drying the lens with any paper products as it will damage the lens and/or coatings.
  • If the lens is scratched, please contact your authorized 100% dealer to purchase replacement parts.
  • Use only 100% parts and accessories.
  • Do not place your goggles face down.
  • Always store your goggles in the supplied bag after use or during transport.
  • Always store your goggles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and/or heat.
  • Do not expose your goggles to extreme heat conditions (100F+, like car dashboards, heater vents or clothes dryers. -Do not expose your goggles to strong detergents or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not bend your goggles unnecessarily.
  • Inspect your goggles regularly for damage. If there’s damage. the lens and/or goggle should be replaced.

How to claim warranty
  • Customers are required to submit 3-4 clear pictures of the product along with their order Id and contact details. The same can be submitted to support@sparify.co. 
  • The team will review the claim and revert within 24 to 48 working hours
  • Complete warranty claim process involves validation of defects through the expert team and hence the complete process could take 5-7 working days. Updates and status/ clarification on your claim shall be sent on email
  • Once the claim is accepted customers are requested to send the product on our warehouse shared over mail post which the replacement will be given

      1. What is Your Refund Policy? 💸

      We offer refunds in the following cases:

      • Change of Mind / Not Happy with the Product:
        If you no longer want the product, we’ll issue a refund after deducting logistic charges to cover our shipping expenses both ways. The charges depend on the price of the product:

        Logistic Charges:

        • Below ₹999: ₹150

        • ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: ₹200

        • ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: ₹350

        • ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: ₹550

        • ₹10,001 - ₹15,000: ₹1,000

      • Wrong Product or Size Ordered:
        If you ordered the wrong product or size, we’ll refund your payment after deducting logistic charges (as mentioned above).

      Important Note:
      Refunds are not possible if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.


      2. What is Your Replacement Policy? 🔄

      We offer replacements in these cases:

      • Wrong or Damaged Product:
        If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of cost. You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

      • Change of Mind or Wrong Size/Color Ordered:
        We can replace the product based on your preference, but logistic charges will apply (as per the price bracket mentioned above).


      3. What if I Receive a Used, Broken, or Incorrect Product? ⚠️

      In the rare case that you receive a used, broken, or incorrect product:

      1. Report Within 2 Days:
        Let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we will replace the product free of cost.

      2. Refund Option:
        If you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting logistic charges.

      • Altered Products:
        Returns or exchanges will not be processed if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way.

      • Non-Returnable Items:
        Items like headlamps, electrical parts, spark plugs, fiber parts, fuel system parts, and pre-ordered items are non-returnable.

      6. What About Refunds on COD Orders? 💳

      For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

      • Refund Process:
        You must share your UPI ID or bank details to receive the refund.

      • Example:
        If your order is ₹1,000 and you paid ₹129 as COD charges:

        • Refund: ₹1,000 - ₹150 (logistics) = ₹850

        • COD charges of ₹129 are non-refundable.


      7. Can I Exchange My Product for Another? 🔄

      Yes! You can exchange your product for another of equal or lower value. Here’s how:

      • Exchange for Lower Value:
        If the replacement is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account.

      • Exchange for Higher Value:
        If the replacement costs more, you will need to pay the difference via bank transfer (details will be shared via email).

      • Logistics Charges:
        The standard logistics charges will apply for exchanges with another product.

      Exchange Processing Time:
      Exchanges will be completed within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse.
