Apex Tiki gives you a funky look. The aesthetic graphics of an Indian tribal on the helmet gives the jazzy feeling to the rider to groove on the roads and cherish the journey. Apex, the new sport touring helmet, was born to satisfy the needs of riders looking for maximum stability and aerodynamic performance.

Ventilation:

• Upper air intake vent is positioned to maximize air volume into the helmet interior
• Back outlet vent is integrated with pc spoiler, allowing it to be positioned for optimum flow-through ventilation
• Breath guard and chin curtain included

Safety:

• To safeguard the biker, the dual EPS liner of a helmet is designed to fit the head perfectly to absorb the energies of an impact and avoid penetration.
• The chinstrap secures the helmet and the head in order to prevent them from rolling.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:   

• Damaged in transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Product compatibility issues (customer to verify before purchase)

 Timeframe for Returns:

• Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 2 days of delivery.
• Other Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing for Mistaken Orders only:

• Orders below ₹999: Logistic charge deduction of ₹150.
• ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: Logistic charge deduction of ₹200.
• ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹350
• ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹550

Condition for Returned Items: Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items: Specific items such as headlamps, electrical parts, mirrors, spark plugs, fiber parts, performance air filters or pre-ordered items are non-returnable.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please note that a refund will be issued only once we have received the incorrect or damaged item from your location 

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2. Timeframe for Exchanges: Initiate exchange within 7 days of delivery.
3.  Conditions for Exchange: Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

• If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
• Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Defects

• Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Sparify will assist customers with their warranty; however Sparify does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
