   • Wrong product delivered
   • Product compatibility issues (customer to verify before purchase)

   • Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 2 days of delivery.
   • Other Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Processing for Mistaken Orders only:

   • Orders below ₹500: Logistic charge deduction of ₹100.
   • ₹501 - ₹999: Logistic charge deduction of ₹140.
   • ₹1,000 - ₹5,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹200.
   • ₹5,001 - ₹15,000: Logistic charge deduction of ₹300
